Our Review
In '00, Richard and Margot Harrison, together with ‘gang-pressed friends’, planted 2ha of pinot noir overlooking Point Lonsdale, Queenscliff and Ocean Grove, a few kms from Bass Strait and Port Phillip. Since then chardonnay, shiraz, more pinot noir, and 3 rows of pinot meunier have been added. The vineyard is run with minimal sprays, and the aim is to produce elegant wines that truly express the maritime site. -JAMES HALLIDAY
