With all the bling flying around, you’d be forgiven for thinking we’re still in awards season. Since the Halliday Awards in August, we’ve launched our 2025 Top 100 Wines and Wineries – a celebration of the best wines and producers in Australia right now. We saw Meadowbank Wines win the Jimmy Watson (you can read my profile piece on its winemaker Peter Dredge on page 28) for its 2024 Pinot Noir at the prestigious Melbourne Royal Wine Show trophy presentation lunch.
And the Halliday Wine Companion Podcast won the Best Digital Communication category at the 2025 Wine Communicators of Australia awards. If you haven't listened yet, consider this your cue. Available wherever you get your podcasts.
