Our Review
Griff and Rosie Cupitt run a combined winery, restaurant, brewery, fromagerie and farm. Rosie studied oenology at CSU and has more than a decade of vintage experience, taking in France and Italy. The Cupitts have 3ha of vines centred on sauvignon blanc and semillon, and also source fruit from Hilltops, Tumarumba, Orange, the Yarra Valley and Canberra District. Sons Wally and Tom now lead the business, as winemaker and general manager respectively. -JAMES HALLIDAY

Cellar Door
Information
Set within a restored stone creamery dating back to 1851, the Cupitt’s Estate cellar door offers a relaxed tasting experience on the NSW South Coast.
Open daily, the cellar door hosts guided tastings of the estate’s wines, alongside wine flights for those who prefer to explore at their own pace. For a deeper insight into the winemaking process, winery tours are offered on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 11am.
Guests can pair wines with a seasonal menu in the wine garden, or continue into the restaurant, where wine is central to the dining experience.
