Larry Jacobs and Marc Dobson purchased Hahndorf Hill Winery in '02. Larry and Marc established the near-iconic Mulderbosch Wines in ‘88. It was purchased at the end of ’96, and the pair eventually found their way to Australia and Hahndorf Hill. Now a specialist in Austrian varieties, they have imported 6 clones of grüner veltliner and 2 clones of st laurent into Australia and also produce blaufränkisch and zweigelt. -JAMES HALLIDAY
