White Possum originally started in '14 as a spirits sample subscription service, breaking up full-sized bottles of Aussie spirits into mini bottles and sending them out as sample packs for the curious drinkers of Australia. They've been making liqueurs for a while but, after a rebrand in '24, they're now clearly targeting the cocktail market with a range of liqueurs designed to replace famous imported cocktail ingredients like Campari, Kahlúa, Disaronno and Lillet Blanc, adding Australian native twists like wattleseed and strawberry gum to each for a bit of local flair. These products are high quality and do what they say on the label with aplomb, so if you're looking for Aussie alternatives for your home bar, White Possum is well worth a look. With most of its products priced between $40 and $50, it's also competitive on value. -FRED SIGGINS
