Start with a sparkling wine from Chandon Australia or Six Acres, before delving into the whites, such as the chardonnay wines from Medhurst and Rochford. Then onto the reds, there's a 97 point cabernet blend from Yarra Yering, a cabernet franc merlot from Wantirna Estate, and a pinot noir from Toolangi.
