Spain is the third-largest producer of wine in the world, and the most vine-swept country on earth.
Unsurprisingly, a number of Spanish red grape varieties have made their way to Australia. Many Aussie wineries have long produced wines from grenache and tempranillo, which are well suited to our climate.
These wines pair wonderfully with the rich, meaty dishes of their home country, as well as with cuisines like Mexican and Italian. They're the perfect wines to explore this autumn.
Below are eight wines to add to your list.
